Edsthetic provides two web-based software services: Writeiq™ (writing assessment) and Allocateiq™ (support staff timetabling and NCCD support). Access requires a current licence key issued by Edsthetic.
Subject to payment and these terms, Edsthetic grants your school a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the nominated product for the licence period. The licence is for a single school. Use across multiple campuses or under different ABNs requires a separate licence agreement.
Pilot licences are free, time-limited, and may be terminated by either party on 14 days notice.

Annual licences are billed per school, per product, in advance. Pricing is as listed at edsthetic.com.au at the time of purchase. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Licences do not auto-renew without your explicit consent. We will contact you 30 days before expiry.
Your school owns all data you enter into the product. Edsthetic does not claim ownership of student submissions, assessment results, or staff records. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We aim to maintain product availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Support is provided by email at hello@edsthetic.com.au. Pilot schools receive direct access to the founding team.
The products are provided as-is for the purposes described. Edsthetic's liability to your school for any claim arising from use of the products is limited to the amount paid for your current licence period. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data (beyond our backup obligations), or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
Writeiq™, Allocateiq™, Edsthetic™, and the Integrated Writing Assessment Framework (IWAF) are the intellectual property of Edsthetic. All copyright in the software, feedback content, scoring logic, framework descriptors, and system design belongs to Edsthetic. Writeiq and Allocateiq are proprietary software products. School data belongs to the school — see Section 5. Edsthetic does not claim ownership of any data entered by schools. Trademarks for Writeiq™, Allocateiq™, and Edsthetic™ have been filed with IP Australia. Registration is pending.
Either party may terminate a paid licence on 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or use the product in a way that causes harm. On termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
We will notify active licence holders by email 30 days before any material change to these terms takes effect.
